What is your Payment policy?

We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments via Etsy Direct Checkout. If you are a New York State resident, please note that 8.875% sales tax will be added to your invoice.

DESIGNERS: If you are a designer interested in making a bulk purchase, please contact me for more information.

How do you ship?

We ship via FED-X GROUND 2-day delivery within the United States. All shipments are insured and tracking is included. NOTE: to ensure safe arrival to you, an "INDIRECT SIGNATURE" will be required upon delivery. This means that anyone (not necessarily the purchaser) can sign for the package. (If you would like FED-X to drop the package with no signature required, be sure to drop us a note to let us know. In this instance, the safe arrival of the package would be your responsibility.) Do you ship internationally? At this time, we consider international shipments only on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for an estimate on delivery costs to your location. NOTE: Items are always shipped to the delivery address you provide. For gifts, I'm happy to include a personal message card from you, upon request, for no extra charge. Write your short personal message to the recipient (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to the artist" field during checkout. How are your items packaged? Artwork, frame and facing are sandwiched in sturdy foam packing boards, padding for corners, and a layer of plastic for moisture protection, all tightly secured inside of an outer cardboard box. What can I do if the package is damaged? While shipping issues are rare, they can occur. In the event that you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. You must keep all packaging and the box. Depending on the situation, we may need additional information along with pictures. Please send a detailed email to: b.bowen@earthlink.net explaining the nature of problem, including photos of the box, packaging and item(s). We will do our best to respond within 24 hours, with a possible solution or request for more details, if needed.

Do you accept Exchanges or Returns?

I have never been asked for an exchange. But If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me immediately. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. I cannot offer refunds at this time, but I understand that sometimes art does not work in a spaces as expected. So I would make an exchange for you on a one time basis.) Exchanges are accepted ONLY within seven days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to exchange the item.

 The exchange will be issued once we have inspected your item and it is in the same condition as when shipped from our store. Your satisfaction is our goal, so please inspect the item as soon as you receive it and contact me with any concerns.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN YOUR FRAMED PRINTS?

1) Blow dust off the surface of the facing. 2) If needed, use only microfiber cloth to gently brush the surface of the facing. 3) For deeper cleaning, use a weak solution of dish washing detergent and warm water with the microfiber cloth.
